Step 1: Sign up right through our SSL secured website with your credit or debit card and agree to our Terms and Conditions. All credit card info is encrypted and even we don’t have access to it. You will be billed each month on the day you sign up. But you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. This is a month to month service, so you don’t have to worry about any long-term commitments!
Step 2: Fill us in about your business and brand personality
Step 2. You will receive a welcome email and welcome video that will tell you everything you need to know about your new FDI Creative subscription. Please read it and watch the video! It’s important to our working relationship that you understand how it works. You will also receive a link to a survey to fill out. This is your chance to “brain dump” and tell us everything you want us to post on your social media accounts. Are you OK with professional photos we pay royalties for if you’re low on photos, or do you want to provide us with your own shared drive folder of photos?
Step 3: Watch the posting begin! Sit back and enjoy
Step 3. That’s it! Depending on the package you have selected, we will start sending or posting right away. You should provide constructive feedback within the first few weeks. This is similar to any professional you would hire to help with your marketing. This will ensure that we are posting in accordance with your vision and allow us to know if we need a change. All of this can be done online via our support portal. We will design posts in a variety of styles that are relevant to your target audience.
